Shipping charges
- Within Pakistan – Free delivery
- Worldwide – Charges will be determined on the basis of package size and destination, at the time of checkout
- internationally (On Retail Orders)
- Custom duties or any kind of taxes applicable on the imported product will be payable by the customer (i.e. the importer).
- No returns/refunds or exchanges will be entertained for international orders
- We are offering Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfers, and payment via Credit/Debit Cards for domestic orders (from within Pakistan).
- For international orders, COD service is NOT available. International customers need to pay in advance either via Master/Visa card or Bank Transfer.

ORDER CANCELLATION
If you want to cancel your order, you need to inform our customer service before your order has been dispatched. If your orders have been dispatched, no cancellations are entertained since orders are shipped promptly to make sure there are no delays in shipping and you get your order on time. Our shipments leave at 6pm every day, so, for cancellations, ideally the customer is supposed to cancel before the first 6pm that comes after he/she has placed the order. It can be done by sending a message on either given contact numbers(+923174343424, +92 317 4343424), facebook or instagram page. Ladylike Dresses PK has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, etc.
